This is the "minimum" amount of Flow @ 28" needed to attain Peak HP at your RPM point

If you input 100(%) for Volumetric efficiency this will be close to the maximum rpm at peak HP at your CFM.

If you then input 127.5 (%) for Volumetric efficiency this will be close to the minimum rpm at peak HP at your CFM.
