CFM of Head Calculator

Calculators ProgramsBACK to Calculators

This calculator can be used to see what the cubic feet per minute (CFM) would be needed for an engine of a certain size (CID) and at a certain RPM.

If you use 100% (or less) for the volumetric efficiency (VE %) it would be what the CFM would be calculated for that RPM.
(The RPM of the engine could only use that much CFM)

If 127.5% is used for VE%, it would be the CFM for best efficiency that the engine can be.
(The engine could use that higher CFM)
